Niente Tari per le aziende meno di due anni

Si è svolta Ieri mattina presso l’aula consiliare di Palazzo di Città la riunione della Commissione Regolamenti convocata dal Presidente del Consiglio Comunale Leonardo Iaccarino Hanno partecipato i Consiglieri componenti Fatigato, Roberto, Longo, Maffei, Ventura, Rignanese e Dell’Aquila. Tra i dettagli più importanti dei lavori, la Commissione ha espresso parere favorevole all’unanimità dei presenti in merito alla proposta deliberativa di modifica dell’art. 25, comma 5, del regolamento sulla tassa dei rifiuti finalizzata ad escludere dal pagamento della Tari, le piccole e medie imprese, nonché quelle artigianali, regolarmente iscritte presso la Camera di Commercio Industria e Artigianato di Foggia, di nuova istituzione che non derivino dalla cessazione/trasformazione/confluenza di preesistenti imprese, per un periodo di due anni dall’inizio dell’attività. Approvato anche il regolamento per la disciplina della concessione di beni immobili, del patrimonio indisponibile del Comune di Foggia, ai sensi della legge 109/96 confiscati alla criminalità organizzata.
In tale circostanza si evidenziava l’importanza dell’argomento quale segno tangibile dell’affermazione del principio di legalità sul territorio ed espressione di una sinergia costruttiva che vede il coinvolgimento di tutte le massime Istituzioni.
