Ha realizzato l’ allaccio abusivo alla rete degli acquedotti rurali , certo di non essere scoperto e in assoluta sicurezza, ha consumato ingenti quantità di acqua senza essere conteggiata. E’ quanto rilevato dai tecnici del consorzio di bonifica montana del Gargano, l’ agricoltore che in agro San Giovanni Rotondo in località Costarelle, ha compiuto il gesto scaltrito di approfittare di un bene collettivo. Non è di certo l’unico , sono i commenti della gente che ha acquisito la notizia. L’imprenditore agricolo denunciato, al comando dei carabinieri, pur in possesso di una regolare utenza, ha infatti realizzato un raccordo a monte del contatore idrico per lungo tempo ,prelevando elevante quantità di acqua potabile, utilizzate a fini diversi. Emerse le dichiarazioni del Presidente del Consorzio di Bonifica Montana del Gargano, Terrenzio, che definisce una frode l’ atto compiuto dal consorziato, esprimendosi su come sia importante la denuncia per tutelare i consorziati onesti e nello stesso tempo salvaguardare il funzionamento degli impianti che potrebbero essere danneggiati mettendo a repentaglio la disponibilità di risorse idriche.. Il grave gesto dall’agricoltore , non tollerato dal presidente , ha portato a precisare ,la presenza di un controllo ed una vigilanza minuziosa per far si che situazioni analoghe cessino, termina lo stesso, rimarcando l’ importanza di un comportamento responsabile nella gestione della cosa comune.
