In data 05 agosto 2020, personale appartenente alla Squadra Mobile di Foggia, a seguito di perquisizione domiciliare, ha tratto in arresto in flagranza per detenzione ai fini di spaccio C. A., classe 1970.

In particolare, a seguito delle operazioni di perquisizione, nella camera da letto del predetto, sono stati rinvenuti grammi 107,88 di sostanza stupefacente di tipo hashish, di cui grammi 98,08 concentrati in un pezzo integrale, e grammi 9,8 ripartiti in dosi per la vendita al minuto, nonché grammi 98 di sostanza stupefacente di tipo marijuana contenuti in una busta in cellophane. Sempre nella camera da letto del perquisendo è stato rinvenuto un cutter intriso dei residui del taglio dell’hashish.

La perquisizione è stata estesa in una cantina di pertinenza dell’abitazione, di cui l’arrestato aveva la disponibilità delle relative chiavi: al suo interno è stato rinvenuto un bilancino di precisione.

Infine, il personale operante ha rinvenuto, immediatamente fuori detta cantina, in uno spazio presente lungo la parete perpendicolare alla porta della cantina, altri grammi 17,8 di sostanza stupefacente di tipo marijuana, anche questi ripartiti in dosi.

Già nel 2009 e nel 2013 C.A. era stato arrestato per gli stessi reati. Nonostante la recente scarcerazione ed il periodo di affidamento in prova ai servizi sociali terminato nel 2015 il predetto è ritornato attivo sulle piazze di spaccio foggiane.

Il risultato conseguito si inserisce nella cornice dei cadenzati dispositivi interforze programmati dalla Questura di Foggia e che, proprio nell’ultimo periodo, si erano concentrati nella zona ricadente fra i quartieri CEP-Macchia Gialla- San Lorenzo, ovverosia nella zona dove si è sviluppata l’operazione della Squadra Mobile.
