a Cerignola i carabinieri della Sezione Radiomobile hanno proceduto all’arresto per “resistenza a p.u.”, a di un cittadino di nazionalità gambiana, residente a La Spezia e regolare sul territorio nazionale. Lo stesso, a seguito di controllo alla circolazione stradale, eseguito dai militari sulla S.P. 88, non ottemperava all’alt impostogli, dando luogo a prolungato e pericoloso inseguimento prima a bordo del veicolo e poi a piedi, che si concludeva nelle campagne circostanti laddove veniva bloccato con notevoli difficolta e solo grazie ad utilizzo di spray oleoresina veniva reso innocuo. Lo stesso è risultato privo di patente di guida poiché mai conseguita, mentre l’autovettura risultata priva di copertura assicurativa veniva sequestrata ed affidata a depositeria giudiziaria. A Stornarella, invece, i carabinieri della locale Stazione hanno sottoposto a fermo di indiziato di delitto un cittadino bulgaro per ricettazione di veicolo. Lo stesso durante un controllo alla circolazione stradale veniva fermato a bordo di un veicolo le cui targhe erano riferibili ad altro mezzo mentre il telaio dell’auto condotta risultava abraso e palesemente alterato, nondimeno il veicolo era privo di copertura assicurativa. Fermato senza fissa dimora, associato alla casa circondariale di Foggia
