Arresto per maltrattamenti in famiglia ed estorsione

Nella giornata di ieri, Agenti della Squadra Mobile della Questura di Foggia, a seguito di attività investigativa coordinata e diretta dalla locale Procura della Repubblica, hanno dato esecuzione all’ordinanza di applicazione provvisoria di misura di sicurezza personale della libertà vigilata, per anni 1 (uno) emessa dal GIP del Tribunale di Foggia, nei confronti di un uomo di 39 anni.L’indagato è gravemente indiziato dei reati di maltrattamenti in famiglia e del reato di estorsione nei confronti della propria madre.In particolare, l’attività di indagine espletata evidenziava un quadro chiaro ed omogeneo nel quale la donna descriveva con dovizia di particolari la quotidianità della sua vita trascorsa con un figlio violento, aggressivo e dispotico, alimentando così in lei un continuo stato di pressione psicologico e di prostrazione morale, in ragione del suo precario stato di salute dovuto alle continue e gravose cure oncologiche alle quali periodicamente si sottopone. La madre denunciava che il figlio era solito proferire al suo indirizzo intimidazioni e minacce ed in particolare nello scorso mese di settembre al fine di ottenere dalla stessa somme di denaro, con violenza la strattonava nella propria abitazione, aggredendola con pugni e schiaffi ed in particolare la minacciava dicendole:” se non mi consegni i soldi, non uscirai più da casa, se non mi dai i soldi stasera hai finito di vivere, come ho piegato il mestolo, così ti piego se non mi dai i soldi”.La p.o. è stata costretta a consegnare al figlio diverse somme di denaro di importi variabili dai 2,00/3,00 euro e i 50,00 euro al giorno, fino ad arrivare a somme mensili di 250,00 euro.All’indagato è stato imposto nell’ordinanza emessa dal GIP, di seguire scrupolosamente il programma terapeutico impartito dai Sanitari che lo hanno in cura per la sua situazione psichica e di dipendenza dalle sostanze stupefacenti.
