I carabinieri di Ascoli Satriano hanno arrestato in flagranza per resistenza a pubblico ufficiale un 26enne del posto, già noto alle forze dell’ordine, e lo hanno deferito in stato di libertà alla Procura della Repubblica di Foggia per minaccia a pubblico ufficiale, istigazione alla corruzione e detenzione ai fini di spaccio di sostanze stupefacenti.

 

Alcune mattine fa ai militari era stato segnalato che lo stesso, impugnando un coltello, aveva proferito minacce di morte nei confronti di alcune persone del posto. I carabinieri si sono quindi recati presso la sua abitazione per effettuare una perquisizione domiciliare alla ricerca di armi ma il 26enne glielo ha impedito, minacciandoli ripetutamente. Per questo motivo è stato condotto presso la locale Stazione carabinieri e dichiarato in arresto per resistenza a pubblico ufficiale. In caserma il giovane ha continuato a minacciare di morte i militari quando ha appreso che gli stessi si sarebbero comunque recati presso la sua abitazione per effettuare la perquisizione. Questa ha consentito di rinvenire un panetto di hashish del peso complessivo di circa 90 grammi, 13 dosi di hashish del peso di 14 grammi, 2 bilancini di precisione, vario materiale per il taglio ed il confezionamento della sostanza stupefacente nonché la somma contante di 40 euro in banconote di vario taglio, ritenuta provento dell’illecita attività di spaccio e per questo sottoposta a sequestro insieme alla droga ed al materiale. Il 26enne, negli uffici della Stazione carabinieri, ha poi insistentemente chiesto di avere indebitamente una copia del verbale di arresto redatto dai militari. Al loro legittimo diniego, lo stesso gli ha offerto la somma di 50,00 euro per avere comunque il verbale. Per questo motivo il 26 è stato denunciato in stato di libertà alla Procura della Repubblica di Foggia, oltre che per minaccia a pubblico ufficiale e per detenzione ai fini di spaccio di sostanze stupefacenti, anche per istigazione alla corruzione. Dopo le formalità di rito, l’arrestato è stato sottoposto agli arresti domiciliari presso la propria abitazione. Il Gip del Tribunale di Foggia, convalidato l’arresto, ha disposto nei confronti del 26enne l’applicazione della misura cautelare degli arresti domiciliari. Gli accertamenti svolti dai carabinieri del Laboratorio Analisi Sostanze Stupefacenti del Comando Provinciale Carabinieri di Foggia hanno consentito di appurare che dalla sostanza stupefacente rinvenuta nell’abitazione dell’arrestato si sarebbero potute ricavare 922 dosi.
