Nel recente periodo, i Carabinieri della Stazione di Ischitella hanno eseguito due ordini di carcerazione in regime di detenzione domiciliare, emessi dal Tribunale di Torino e di Foggia nei confronti di due soggetti del luogo, con precedenti di polizia.

Un 27enne dovrà scontare 14 mesi di reclusione poiché ritenuto responsabile del delitto di atti persecutori (art. 612 bis c.p.) commesso in Torino negli anni 2012 e 2013, mentre un 60enne dovrà espiare la pena di 12 mesi di reclusione per il reato di spaccio di stupefacenti (art.73 DPR n.309/1990) compiuto in Ischitella nell’anno 2017.

Entrambi sconteranno la pena presso i propri domicili.
