Nei giorni scorsi, nell’ambito delle attività ispettive in materia di pubblico intrattenimento e di sommerso da lavoro, finanzieri del Comando Provinciale di Foggia hanno effettuato un accesso amministrativo presso i locali di un’associazione sportiva dilettantistica di Stornara (FG).
I militari della Compagnia di Cerignola e della Compagnia di Foggia hanno accertato sul posto che gli spazi della A.S.D. erano stati adibiti all’esercizio di una vera e propria attività commerciale di Bed & Breakfast finanche pubblicizzata su alcune note piattaforme di prenotazione on-line, con piscina aperta al pubblico, bar e sala da ballo all’aperto. I contestuali approfondimenti ispettivi presso gli uffici tecnici del Comune, hanno permesso di scoprire che sia l’attività commerciale e ricettiva sia gli immobili della struttura ispezionata erano stati realizzati in forma completamente abusiva.
Dagli ulteriori riscontri effettuati sul posto è emerso che la struttura era frequentata di giorno da persone paganti per l’accesso e l’utilizzo dei servizi connessi all’uso della piscina (sdraio, ombrelloni, spogliatoio), mentre la sera veniva attrezzata per l’organizzazione di eventi con Deejay set e musica dal vivo nonché feste private a bordo piscina.
Il titolare della struttura è stato denunciato alla Procura della Repubblica di Foggia per violazioni in materia edilizia in assenza di permessi di costruzione e per aver omesso di comunicare alla Questura del capoluogo i dati relativi agli ospiti della struttura ricettiva.
I finanzieri, per evitare il protrarsi della condotta penalmente rilevante, nonché per prevenire eventuali danni alle persone, anche sotto il profilo della tutela della salute nel rispetto delle disposizioni anti Covid-19, hanno sequestrato gli immobili abusivi costituiti da nr. 6 stanze adibite a B&B, l’area attrezzata della piscina e i locali adibiti a bar.
Al sequestro penale si aggiungono inoltre molteplici violazioni di natura amministrativa per lo svolgimento dell’attività ricettiva di B&B nonché per la somministrazione al pubblico di alimenti e bevande. Ulteriori approfondimenti sono in corso per la ricostruzione dei ricavi conseguiti e non dichiarati ai fini IVA e delle imposte dirette nonché per l’impiego non dichiarato e regolarizzato di manodopera.
