A seguito dell’incontro avvenuto in data odierna tra il Presidente Roberto Felleca, l’Amministratore Delegato Davide Pelusi, Raffaello Follieri e l’avv. Pasquale Follieri in rappresentanza della Follieri Capital Limited con il Sindaco della città di Foggia, nel corso del quale è stato presentato all’amministrazione comunale il progetto relativo ai piani di sviluppo per la squadra e per il movimento calcistico (il quale prevede, tra l’altro, la creazione di un centro sportivo di ultima generazione), Roberto Felleca, in qualità di socio al 50% di Corporate Investments Group (la quale detiene l’80% del Calcio Foggia 1920) e Davide Pelusi, in qualità di socio al 20% del Calcio Foggia 1920, hanno raggiunto un accordo vincolante con Follieri Capital Limited per la cessione a quest’ultima delle loro rispettive quote.
L’accordo vincolante è condizionato al mancato esercizio del diritto di prelazione previsto statutariamente in favore di MAP Consulting, in qualità di socio per il restante 50% di Corporate Investments Group e prevede, tra l’altro, in caso di esito positivo dell’operazione, il mantenimento dell’attuale management, nelle persone di Roberto Felleca in qualità di Presidente e Davide Pelusi in qualità di membro del consiglio di amministrazione.
A garanzia del completamento dell’operazione, Follieri Capital Limited verserà in anticipo una somma pari all’intero valore del prezzo di acquisto su un conto corrente vincolato presso un notaio già individuato dalle parti.
