I Carabinieri della Compagnia di San Giovanni Rotondo, coadiuvati da personale del 14° Battaglione di Vibo Valentia e congiuntamente alla Polizia locale di San Giovanni Rotondo, hanno proceduto al controllo di un noto locale cittadino ove venivano segnalati assembramenti di giovani sia all’interno che all’esterno del locale.
Nel corso di tale controllo venivano accertate a carico del gestore alcune violazioni amministrative che hanno portato, nel giro di qualche giorno, all’emissione da parte del dirigente di settore del Comune di San Giovanni Rotondo di un’ordinanza di chiusura per giorni tre che veniva notificata nella giornata di ieri 17 agosto.
In particolare veniva accertato che il titolare di tale locale esercitava l’attività di somministrazione di alimenti e bevande ad avventori seduti ai tavoli ubicati nell’area antistante e contigua al pubblico esercizio, mediante spillatori e bancobar esterno. Tale attività veniva esercitata su un’area non autorizzata per una superficie di 200 metri quadrati. L’attività di somministrazione di alimenti e bevande nella predetta area esterna, in ampliamento a quella autorizzata, veniva esercitata in assenza della prescritta autorizzazione, sia amministrativa che sanitaria. L’ampliamento della superficie di somministrazione ha determinato, inoltre, il venir meno del requisito della sorvegliabilità dell’area esterna occupata, collocata sul piano stradale, stante l’ampiezza di tale area asservita all’esercizio pubblico.
Già il 20 agosto dello scorso anno, quello stesso locale a seguito di controlli eseguiti dai Carabinieri della Compagnia di San Giovanni Rotondo, finalizzati al contrasto delle norme anti-covid, era stato chiuso per giorni cinque a seguito di contestazioni amministrative riguardanti tali norme.
