Cerignola : due minorenni al volante inseguiti dai Carabinieri

I Carabinieri della Stazione di Cerignola hanno denunciato in stato di libertà alla Procura della Repubblica presso il Tribunale per i Minorenni di Bari due 17enni di Cerignola.
Sabato sera, a Cerignola, in viale di Levante, il conducente di una Fiat 500 L ha ignorato l’alt di una pattuglia di carabinieri impegnata nei servizi di controllo del territorio ed ha innescato un pericoloso inseguimento che si è protratto per alcuni minuti, durante il quale ha effettuato manovre pericolose ed ha creato una situazione di generale pericolo per le vie della città, in quel momento particolarmente trafficate, fino a quando l’auto in fuga è andata a schiantarsi contro un furgone in sosta in viale Di Vittorio. Dall’auto sono scesi due giovani, che hanno proseguito la fuga a piedi. Rincorsi dai militari, sono stati bloccati ed identificati. Fortunatamente nessuno è rimasto ferito, neanche tra i due fuggitivi, ossia due 17enni di Cerignola, di cui uno, il conducente dell’auto, già noto ai carabinieri perché arrestato in flagranza di reato alcuni mesi fa per spaccio di sostanze stupefacenti. L’autovettura usata dai due è risultata di proprietà di familiari del passeggero.
Condotti in caserma, i due sono stati denunciati in stato di libertà alla Procura dei Minori per resistenza a pubblico ufficiale. Nei confronti del conducente sono state elevate diverse contravvenzioni ai sensi del Codice della Strada, tra cui quella per guida senza patente, per un importo complessivo di oltre 5.300 euro.
