Castelluccio dei Sauri – Il chiosco “fantasma” di Via Antonio Caione

I RESIDENTI: “SIAMO  STANCHI DI QUESTO SCEMPIO!”

A distanza di alcuni anni ci sentiamo di segnalare, per la prima volta, la situazione di degrado in cui versa il chiosco del largo di via Antonio Caione a Castelluccio dei Sauri.
Una situazione insostenibile che soffre dello stato di abbandono generato dalla colpevole incuria della amministrazione comunale che non dedica le necessarie attenzioni nei confronti di questa area del borgo e per la quale da tempo i residenti chiedono interventi.
“Constatiamo con rammarico e rabbia”, spiegano i residenti “come l’amministrazione comunale non sia ancora stata in grado di farsi rispettare, disinteressandosi del problema, malgrado il degrado in cui si ritrova l’ex chiosco. Chiediamo interventi immediati per da parte della giunta perché si rimuova al più presto questa struttura in disuso. Una situazione che peggiora negli anni e che rende l’area ricettacolo di rifiuti di varia natura, un vero e proprio letamaio sotto le nostre abitazioni”, denunciano i residenti.
“Con il nuovo sistema di raccolta differenziata, nulla è cambiato, una questione di senso civico ma anche di  ordine pubblico e di igiene”.  Per i residenti di Castelluccio dei Sauri un territorio città che sia davvero vivibile deve tener conto della cura e del rispetto dei suoi luoghi, un lavoro lungo che non deve prescindere dal senso civico e invita l’amministrazione ad intervenire e a prestare ascolto a questa emergenza che va via via peggiorando. CI pare più che opportuno un solerte intervento del comune un quartiere con grandi potenzialità che andrebbe valorizzato.
Sarebbe questa l’amministrazione presente ed attenta alla cura degli spazi pubblici in paese?  Ma ci facciano il piacere, direbbe Totò… “
Così i cittadini indignati spiegano le ragioni del loro malcontento, con tanto di immagini eloquenti dell’area interessata al problema.
“Sul lato della struttura campeggia un lavabo, probabilmente messo a disposizione per chi vorrebbe lavare qualche piatto, ci chiediamo come mai le ordinanze degli uffici non facciano menzione di questo fattore di rischio, considerata anche l’emergenza sanitaria in atto. Chiediamo siano svolti tempestivi accertamenti e date rassicurazioni. Inoltre, facciamo notare “, aggiungono i residenti “che questa area è quotidianamente frequentata da bambini per via del parco giochi adiacente la struttura.  Ci chiediamo: quale sia la credibilità di un’amministrazione che a parole dice di mantenere un buon livello di pulizia ed ordine rispetto a tanti altri Comuni della nostra provincia. Siamo pronti a scommettere che se il chiosco fosse stato di proprietà di un cittadino straniero e non italiano, gli assessori sarebbero intervenuti tempestivamente sul luogo del “misfatto” con tanto di immagini filmate dalla videosorveglianza. Un principio, quello del decoro e della sicurezza, che si dovrebbe affermare sempre, e non in base ad etnia e nazionalità”.
I residenti del quartiere di via Antonio Caione si dicono fiduciosi su un pronto intervento della amministrazione, certi che si andrà verso la risoluzione del problema:  “Si intervenga presto, siamo stanchi di questo indecoroso spettacolo, non è possibile abbandonare un quartiere così bello, con evidenti potenzialità e che va valorizzato.”.
