Comunicato MAP Consulting: esercitato il non gradimento per Follieri

Riportiamo di seguito il comunicato integrale della MAP Consulting:

La società MAP Consulting – società detentrice del 50% del capitale sociale della Corporate Investments Group, a sua volta detentrice dell’80% del capitale sociale della Calcio Foggia 1920 – informa che in data 30 giugno 2020 ha ricevuto, in nome e per conto dei signori Roberto Felleca (socio per il 50% del capitale di Corporate Investments Group) e del Dr. Davide Pelusi (socio per il 20% del Calcio Foggia 1920), una formale lettera con la quale le veniva comunicato che gli stessi signor Roberto Felleca e dottor Davide Pelusi avevano ricevuto via PEC da parte della società Follieri Capital Limited delle offerte vincolanti per l’acquisto delle loro rispettive quote di partecipazione al capitale sociale di Corporate Investments Group e nel Calcio Foggia 1920. La comunicazione è stata effettuata per offrire ai soci interessati, quindi a Map Consulnting srl, la possibilità di esercitare il diritto di prelazione previsto negli statuti di Corporate Investments Group srl e di Calcio Foggia 1920 per poter acquistare alle stesse condizioni proposte da altro acquirente, preannunciando che, ove tale diritto non venisse esercitato da Map Consulting srl, il signor Roberto Felleca ed il dr. Davide Pelusi avranno la facoltà di trasferire le rispettive partecipazioni al soggetto che ha formulato la proposta di acquisto, ossia la Follieri Capital Limited.
MAP Consulting srl ha oggi comunicato al signor Roberto Felleca ed al Dr. Pelusi che, pur essendo interessata a rilevare le loro partecipazioni societarie, anche in previsione di metterle a disposizione di imprenditori e tifosi che con la medesima passione di Map Consulting srl vogliano supportare il Calcio Foggia 1920, non può prendere in concreta considerazioni le proposte che le sono state inviate per l’acquisto delle quote societarie facendo valere il diritto di prelazione previsto dagli statuti sociali. La società Follieri Capital LTD non ha infatti formulato “offerte irrevocabili” di acquisto, ma mere proposte di acquisizione la cui effettività, in caso di mancato esercizio della prelazione, è rimessa al suo “insindacabile giudizio” e, quindi, non è realmente impegnativa.
In ogni caso è stato comunicato anche il mancato gradimento all’ingresso nella Corporate Investiments Group e nel Calcio Foggia 1920 della Follieri Capital Limited perché quest’ultima, pur sollecitata dalla stessa Municipalità Foggiana e pur avendo assicurato concreti riscontri, non ha fornito elementi che confermino interesse concreto ed effettive disponibilità economiche per un progetto di crescita del Calcio Foggia 1920. Inoltre si è contrari all’ingresso di tale socio per le forti “perplessità” che ha ingenerato l’eventualità dell’ingresso del signor Follieri e/o di una società del suo gruppo nel progetto calcistico cittadino.
Inoltre da tempo si è chiesto al signor Felleca di dare evidenza delle verifiche che sulla stampa asseriva di aver effettuato sulla solidità del gruppo Follieri, ma sul punto non è stato dato ad oggi alcun concreto riscontro.
La Map Consulting vuole infine rassicurare i Tifosi, facendo presente che, pur limitando le sue comunicazioni sui social come suo stile, è comunque in grado – sia da sola, sia come si spera con la compagnia e l’aiuto di seri imprenditori e tifosi foggiani – di fornire ogni garanzia, ogni supporto tecnico ed ogni investimento necessario per poter soddisfare i requisiti societari ed economico- finanziari previsti sia per l’iscrizione al campionato di serie D che per la domanda di ripescaggio al campionato di Lega pro.
