In data di ieri, 18 agosto, personale appartenente alla Polizia di Stato della Questura di Foggia e del Reparto Prevenzione Crimine “Puglia Settentrionale”, nell’ambito di un servizio straordinario di controllo del territorio predisposto con ordinanza del Questore della Provincia di Foggia, anche a seguito delle recenti segnalazioni pervenute da parte dei cittadini di Marina di Lesina, relative alle reiterate violazioni della normativa attualmente in vigore volta al contenimento del virus Covid-19, ha effettuato una serie di controlli amministrativi presso 14 strutture balneari del litorale Garganico e annesse attività commerciali.Nell’ambito dei precitati servizi, gli Agenti della Polizia di Stato hanno proceduto all’identificazione di 104 persone, tra le quali 24 riportanti pregiudizi penali.

Nel segnalato contesto, volto alla verifica del rispetto del distanziamento tra l’utenza degli stabilimenti balneari, si è proceduto altresì al controllo della predisposizione da parte delle precitate strutture degli apparati relativi alla sanificazione degli ambienti, e di tutto quanto previsto dalla vigente normativa  per il contenimento della diffusione del virus. Nell’occasione, personale della Divisione PASI della Questura di Foggia ha proceduto altresì al controllo delle concessioni demaniali, autorizzazioni sanitarie, licenze di vendita e modalità di smaltimento rifiuti, con acquisizione di numerosa documentazione.Nel segnalato contesto, il personale intervenuto ha altresì proceduto con analoghi controlli presso due stazioni di servizio dislocate sulle autostrade A14 e A16.

A tal fine sono stati notificati 12 biglietti d’invito ai responsabili delle strutture per l’integrazione della documentazione, nonché elevate 15 contravvenzioni.
