Ancora un atto intimidatorio è stato posto in essere nei confronti di un Imprenditore Agricolo sanseverese che già lo scorso anno aveva subito un analogo grave danneggiamento. Questa mattina l’Assessore alle Politiche Agricole Felice Carrabba ha ricevuto a Palazzo Celestini il concittadino MICHELE SIENA.
“Nella notte tra sabato e domenica – ha dichiarato l’Imprenditore Siena all’Assessore Carrabba – un mio vigneto posto in località Cotinone è stato preso di mira da ignoti, i quali lo hanno divelto, tagliando tutti i tiranti. Si tratta di un vigneto di quasi 5 ettari che sarò costretto ad abbattere completamente a causa dell’età piuttosto avanzata dello stesso che mi impedisce di ripristinarlo. Ovviamente il danno è di notevolissima entità”.
Lo stesso Siena la scorsa estate aveva subito il danneggiamento di un altro vigneto sempre di circa 5 ettari, in località CASONE. Per questi atti vandalici, il concittadino, che ha dichiarato di non aver subito minacce estorsive, ha presentato denuncia alle Forze dell’Ordine. “Chiedo che le Istituzioni tutte – conclude Siena – siano più vicine non solo nei miei confronti, ma dei tanti imprenditori agricoli che ogni giorno lavorano la terra e vedono messa seriamente in pericolo la propria attività”.
“A nome dell’intera Amministrazione Comunale – ha aggiunto l’Assessore Carrabba – ho portato i palpabili sentimenti di solidarietà al nostro concittadino, così tristemente colpito da questo vile attentato. E’ un atto delinquenziale che mette a serio rischio la sicurezza delle campagne e quella dei tantissimi sanseveresi che ogni giorno prestano la propria attività lavorativa nel comparto agricolo. Chiederemo anche in questa circostanza la convocazione di un tavolo tecnico in Prefettura”.
