Nei giorni scorsi, nell’ambito di mirati controlli del territorio, i Carabinieri del Radiomobile della Compagnia di Manfredonia hanno tratto in arresto, in flagranza di reato, un 20enne incensurato del posto, poiché trovato in possesso di alcuni grammi di cocaina pronta per lo spaccio.

I militari, impegnati in un controllo alla circolazione stradale in Lungomare del Sole, in serata, hanno fermato una lancia delta a bordo della quale hanno identificato il giovane conducente il quale, inizialmente tranquillo nel fornire le proprie generalità e i documenti di guida, ha iniziato ad agitarsi quando i militari hanno deciso di approfondire il controllo concentrandosi sul una pochette che il soggetto tratteneva “gelosamente” sotto il braccio. Vistosi alle strette, il ragazzo ha tentato con forza di dimenarsi, strattonando i militari e gettandosi contro di loro nel tentativo di farli cadere a terra e guadagnare una via di fuga. I due Carabinieri, invece, sono riusciti, sebbene con non poche difficoltà, a fermarlo e a terminare la perquisizione, a seguito della quale il giovane è stato trovato in possesso, occultati nel borsello griffato, di alcuni grammi di cocaina avvolti in palline di cellophane termosaldate, pronte per lo spaccio, nonché della somma di denaro contante pari ad oltre 100 euro, verosimilmente guadagnati attraverso l’attività di spaccio. La perquisizione personale e veicolare è poi proseguita nell’abitazione, ove i militari hanno rinvenuto due tirapugni e due grossi petardi artigianali, oggetti sui quali sono in corso mirati accertamenti.  Il tutto è stato sequestrato e il giovane tratto in arresto in flagranza di reato per resistenza e violenza a pubblico ufficiale, nonché per detenzione ai fini di spaccio di sostanze stupefacenti.

Non solo. Lo stesso dovrà rispondere anche di minacce aggravate, indirizzate ad entrambi i militari durante tutte le operazioni di controllo.

A seguito dell’udienza di convalida, l’arresto è stato convalidato e il giovane, nel frattempo rimesso in libertà, sottoposto all’obbligo di firma presso questi Uffici.
