Nella scorsa settimana, Agenti della Divisione Anticrimine della Questura di Foggia e del Commissariato di P.S. di Manfredonia, hanno eseguito il provvedimento del Questore di Daspo Urbano nei confronti di alcuni soggetti di giovane età, denunciati per il reato di lesioni aggravate avvenuto nel mese di aprile c.a., a Manfredonia.
I predetti nella circostanza, si recavano presso una struttura comunale di Manfredonia (FG), con l’intenzione di consumare insieme ad altri giovani il pasto della “pasquetta” all’interno della stessa; al diniego di accesso, aggredivano violentemente con l’utilizzo di bastoni e sassi un dipendente incaricato alla vigilanza ed un’altra persona ivi presente, rendendosi responsabili del reato di lesioni aggravate.
Il grave comportamento commesso dai predetti ha consentito di applicare la nuova norma, recentemente introdotta, che prevede in questi casi nei confronti dei citati, il divieto di accesso e stazionamento per un anno a tutti i locali di intrattenimento situati nelle vicinanze della zona dell’impianto predetto.
I provvedimenti, in questione, sono stati adottati anche sulla base degli accertamenti investigativi coordinati dalla Procura della Repubblica di Foggia e svolti nell’immediatezza dei fatti dal personale del Commissariato di P.S. di Manfredonia intervenuto sul posto.
