Esecuzione ordinanza di custodia cautelare in carcere a carico di pregiudicato cerignolano

Nella serata del 24 agosto u.s., personale della Squadra Mobile e della DIGOS ha eseguito un’ordinanza di custodia cautelare in carcere, emessa dal GIP del Tribunale di Foggia, su richiesta della locale Procura della Repubblica, a carico di T.L., classe ’87, pluripregiudicato cerignolano, gravemente indiziato del delitto di lesioni aggravate.

In particolare, l’arrestato, il 27 luglio scorso, ha raggiunto un avvocato del Foro di Foggia intento a consumare all’esterno di un notorio bar della Capitanata e, per motivi in corso di accertamento, ha cominciato ad aggredirlo selvaggiamente, prima a pugni e, poi, dopo che la vittima si era accasciata a terra, anche a calci. Nell’occasione, a dimostrazione dell’intento di ledere, si è servito anche di un tirapugni.

L’inchiesta, diretta dalla Procura della Repubblica di Foggia, è partita dall’acquisizione, effettuata nell’immediatezza da parte degli organi investigativi, delle immagini di videosorveglianza presenti sul luogo dell’aggressione, dalla cui visione emerge chiaramente che l’aggressore arriva nei pressi del bar e, appena visto l’avvocato, si lancia fulmineamente contro di lui, cominciando a colpirlo con dei pugni.

L’azione palesa una violenza spiccata e un proposito incurante dei vari testimoni lì presenti.

A seguito delle ferite riportate, la vittima si è recata presso il pronto soccorso ove gli sono state diagnosticate lesioni giudicate guaribili in 50 giorni.

L’uomo era già stato arrestato, al termine di un’indagine condotta dalla Squadra Mobile, per il tentato omicidio commesso nell’ aprile del 2018 ai danni di un concittadino.

Al termine della formalità di rito T.L. è stato condotto presso la Casa Circondariale di Foggia.
