FOGGIA ed altre province. Evasione in massa dal carcere di Foggia del 9 marzo 2020. Arrestati da Carabinieri e Polizia di Stato, su ordine della Procura della Repubblica di Foggia, gli autori delle rapine di autovetture avvenute fuori dalla Casa Circondariale. Ennesima efficace risposta di legalità e giustizia della c.d. “Squadra Stato”.

In data odierna, personale appartenente alla Squadra Mobile – “IV sez. Reati contro il Patrimonio” della Questura di Foggia unitamente a militari del Nucleo Investigativo del Comando Provinciale Carabinieri di Foggia, a seguito di complesse ed articolate indagini, dirette e coordinate dalla locale Procura della Repubblica, conseguenti all’evasione di massa – avvenuta in data 9 marzo u.s. – di oltre 70 detenuti ristretti per reati vari presso la Casa Circondariale di Foggia, ha dato esecuzione ad un’ordinanza applicativa di una misura cautelare in carcere emessa dal GIP presso il Tribunale di Foggia a carico di 15 persone, per i reati di rapina pluriaggravata in concorso e tentata rapina aggravata.I soggetti destinatari del provvedimento custodia cautelare in questione, secondo quanto ricostruito dalla meticolosa acquisizione e elaborazione delle immagini dei diversi sistemi di video sorveglianza presenti in zona ed acquisiti prontamente dagli inquirenti, nonché attraverso l’escussione di diversi testimoni, al fine di allontanarsi rapidamente dall’ Istituto di Pena da cui erano poco prima evasi e di sfuggire così al tempestivo intervento delle Forze di Polizia accorse rapidamente sul posto per il rintraccio e l’arresto degli evasi, si impossessavano delle autovetture presenti in quella zona, nota come “Villaggio Artigiani”, caratterizzata dalla presenza di numerose attività commerciali, tra cui anche alcune concessionarie di auto, arrivando addirittura anche a fermare con violenza e minaccia alcuni veicoli in transito e costringendo poi gli occupanti a cedergli il veicolo o in alcuni casi persino ad accompagnarli presso luoghi più sicuri.Nel dettaglio CALDAROLA Ivan, classe 1999, SARDELLA Maurizio, classe 1970, FIORE Pasquale, classe 1988, LAVIOLA Cosimo, classe 1980, DASCOLI Claudio, classe 1985, DASCOLI Berardino, classe 1983, LAMPARELLI Giovanni, classe 1988, LACERENZA Davide, classe 1999 (non colpito da occc), AGHILAR Cristoforo, classe 1983 (tuttora attivamente ricercato), DI PALMA Gerardo, classe 1989,  PERRUCCI Dario, classe 1992 e STELLA Alessandro, classe 1996, in concorso tra loro e unitamente a DE CATALDIS Walter, classe 1994, MELE Salvatore, classe 1997, TAURISANO Michele, classe 1998, e CARLINO Salvatore, classe 1974, già tratti in arresto lo stesso 09 marzo 2020 da personale della Polizia di Stato di Bari e colpiti  poi, in data 27.03.2020, da autonomo provvedimento restrittivo eseguito dai CC del Nucleo Investigativo di Foggia, tutti evasi dalla Casa Circondariale di Foggia dove erano ristretti, al fine di trarre profitto e sottrarsi alla sfera di vigilanza in cui si trovavano nonché alle ricerche nel frattempo effettuate dalle Forze dell’Ordine, dopo essersi introdotti all’interno di una autocarrozzeria  sita nei pressi della Casa Circondariale di Foggia, previa minaccia e violenza consistite nello spintonare con forza ed intimorire un dipendente della predetta carrozzeria, si impossessavano di due autovetture ivi parcheggiate.Inoltre, PELLEGRINI Emmanuel, classe 1982, BORROMENO Antonio, classe 1993, e SINISI Angelo, classe 1987, anch’essi tutti evasi dal carcere di Foggia dove erano ristretti, al fine di trarre profitto e sottarsi inoltre alla sfera di vigilanza in cui si trovavano nonché alle ricerche nel frattempo effettuate dalle Forze dell’Ordine, costringevano il conducente di un veicolo in transito ad arrestare la marcia e con minaccia e violenza, consistite nel proferire frasi minatorie nonché nell’impedirgli di ripartire, a scendere dal mezzo impossessandosi del veicolo, così da allontanarsi rapidamente da tale luogo e far perdere infine le loro tracce.Gli autori di tali gravi reati, a seguito delle indagini esperite dagli investigatori dell’Arma dei Carabinieri e della Polizia di Stato, venivano successivamente individuati e arrestati per il reato di evasione aggravata e riassociati quindi presso i vari Istituti di Pena di riferimento dislocati sul Territorio Nazionale. In relazione quindi ai gravi indizi di colpevolezza acquisiti scrupolosamente dalle due Forze di Polizia Giudiziaria in riferimento, su richiesta della Procura della Repubblica di Foggia, è stata data esecuzione alla misura cautelare in argomento emessa dal GIP del Tribunale di Foggia. Ancora una volta, si tratta dell’ennesima efficace risposta in termini di legalità e giustizia da parte della c.d. “Squadra Stato” ad un grave episodio di criminalità consumatosi nel territorio della Capitanata.
