Le “gazzelle” del 112 della Compagnia di Foggia si sono imbattute in un 21enne pregiudicato originario del capoluogo dauno che aveva da poco messo a segno un furto al “Pro Shop” di Via Nardella. Poco prima il giovane si era introdotto nell’esercizio commerciale dopo aver sollevato la serranda forzando il “blocco motore” e dopo aver sfondato la porta d’ingresso in alluminio con diversi calci, per asportare l’intero incasso presente in quel momento ammontante a qualche decina di euro. Ma il 21enne non aveva fatto i conti con l’allarme dell’esercizio commerciale attivatosi prontamente. Immediato è stato l’intervento sul posto delle pattuglie del Pronto Intervento 112 per il tramite della Centrale Operativa dell’Istituto di Vigilanza che ha contattato la Centra Operativa del Comando Provinciale dei Carabinieri.
Dopo qualche minuto le “gazzelle” del 112 hanno rintracciato il giovane – anche grazie ad alcuni dettagli forniti dal personale della Vigilanza – ancora sudato e con le mani annerite, che nel frattempo aveva cercato di guadagnarsi la fuga. Subito perquisito, nella tasca destra dei pantaloncini i carabinieri hanno rinvenuto l’intera refurtiva in monete di vario taglio.
L’analisi dei filmati del sistema di videosorveglianza dell’esercizio commerciale ha consentito riscontrare l’esatta dinamica dei fatti nonché l’autore del reato grazie anche alla presenza di 2 tatuaggi sul corpo dello stesso che non hanno lasciato scampo al 21enne. Immediatamente arrestato quest’ultimo, come disposto dalla locale Procura della Repubblica, è stato sottoposto alla misura precautelare degli arresti domiciliari in attesa dell’udienza di convalida mentre la refurtiva è stata restituita al legittimo proprietario.
L’Autorità Giudiziaria ha convalidato l’arresto disponendo per il 21enne la misura cautelare dell’obbligo di dimora nel comune di residenza.
