FOGGIA:POLIZIA DI STATO ESEGUE TRE MISURE CAUTELARI PERSONALI

Nel corso della settimana, Agenti della Squadra Mobile della Questura di Foggia, a seguito di attività investigativa coordinata e diretta dalla locale Procura della Repubblica, hanno dato esecuzione a tre misure cautelari personali emesse dal GIP del Tribunale di Foggia.

La prima ordinanza applicativa della  misura  della custodia cautelare in carcere è stata emessa nei confronti di un foggiano di 40 anni, resosi responsabile del reato di maltrattamenti in famiglia e violenza sessuale aggravata nei confronti della moglie.

In particolare l’indagato maltrattava la moglie sottoponendola a sistematiche vessazioni psichiche-fisiche, ingiuriandola frequentemente, minacciando di spararle, di ucciderla a bastonate o di farle del male, percuotendola in più occasioni con schiaffi al volto e sulle braccia durante le frequenti discussioni scaturite in seguito alla decisione della donna di volersi separare da lui, nonché ponendo in essere condotte di violenza sessuale.

La vittima inoltre, in seguito alla decisione di trasferirsi dai propri genitori, veniva perseguitata con appostamenti, pedinamenti, plurime minacce di ucciderla se non fosse rientrata a casa.

La seconda ordinanza, applicativa di misura cautelare personale dell’allontanamento dalla casa familiare e del divieto di avvicinamento alle persone offese, alla loro dimora e ai luoghi da loro frequentati,  mantenendo una distanza minima di 100 metri è stata emessa nei confronti di un foggiano di 46, resosi responsabile per i reati di maltrattamento aggravato e lesioni nei confronti della  moglie  e i figli minori.

In particolare l’indagato in più circostanze, agendo sotto l’effetto di sostanze alcoliche e stupefacenti alla cui assunzione era dedito, maltrattava la coniuge sottoponendola ad un regime di vita intollerabile, sia sotto il profilo materiale che morale, con atti di violenza fisica e psicologica, sovente posti in essere alla presenza dei figli minori, tali da sottoporre quest’ultimi a stimolazioni violente, inappropriate per la loro tenera età.

In particolare, l’indagato quotidianamente si rivolgeva alla coniuge con atteggiamenti aggressivi e toni alterati, usando un linguaggio offensivo, la denigrava con espressioni ingiuriose.; molestando la moglie e i figli che svegliava sovente a notte inoltrata, quando rientrava a casa in uno stato di alterazione per l’abuso di alcool o l’assunzione di sostanze stupefacenti, urlando ed accusando la moglie di tradirlo, aggredendola nel corso delle liti familiari con violenza, causandole lesioni personali guaribili in 20 giorni.

La terza ordinanza applicativa di misura cautelare del divieto di avvicinamento alle persone offese, alla loro dimora e ai luoghi frequentati mantenendo un distanza almeno di 300 metri, è stata emessa nei confronti di un giovane foggiano diciannovenne, resosi responsabile del reato di stalking nei confronti dell’ex fidanzata minore degli anni 18 e dei familiari di quest’ultima. L’indagato con condotte reiterate, mosso dalla morbosa ossessione di controllare la persona offesa e di ristabilire con lei una relazione sentimentale, molestava e minacciava la minore.

Nel corso della loro relazione, sottoponeva la ragazza ad abituali vessazioni psicologiche, ingiuriandola e denigrandola, proferendo abitualmente al suo indirizzo frasi offensive, percuotendola in più occasioni con schiaffi al capo ed al corpo, pretendendo di controllare le conversazioni intrattenute dalla minore con il proprio telefono cellulare – che in più circostanze scaraventava a terra, danneggiandolo – nonché pretendendo di decidere quali abiti potesse indossare e quali persone potesse frequentare.

In seguito alla decisione della minore di interrompere la loro relazione, si appostava ripetutamente nei luoghi frequentati dalla minore, pedinandola, contattandola ripetutamente sulla sua utenza telefonica, minacciando il nuovo compagno della stessa, che gli avrebbe fatto del male.
