Si devono potenziare tutti gli strumenti necessari per fare in modo che lo scalo dauno diventi appetibile. Occorrono ulteriori investimenti sia pubblici che privati, necessita attivare tratte per voli commerciali, trasporto passeggeri, coerenti con la vocazione agro-industriale e turistica della Capitanata e delle province limitrofe”.
