Grano duro. Ultima quotazione 38,5 euro al quintale

Oggi 4 agosto siamo in capo ad un ulteriore impennata da € 38,50 a quintale per il grano duro fino ad oggi aumentato .

Sulle ragioni di tale aumento è intervenuto Umberto sacco imprenditore di capitanata delle moderne semolerie italiane s.p.a., spiegando che questo impennata non si verifica dall’anno 2007,quando ci fu una crisi del grano tenero e duro, quest’anno non è paragonabile in quanto si parla solo di grano duro .

Il Canada lo ricordiamo come maggior esportatore di grano duro del 70%,quest’ anno le previsioni sono di in raccolto fortemente deficitario negli Stati Uniti e Canada. Il Canada potrà esportare molto meno rispetto allo scorso anno.

Gli italiani stanno comprando grano in Italia e comunità europea con un eccesso di domanda e aumento dei prezzi, un raccolto italiano non brillante condizionato dai mercati del Canada che ha una potenzialità ridotta considerando che i pastai comprano ad un prezzo alto conclude Sacco, così rischiamo di avere gravi problemi di approvigionamento.

In merito alla questione del rialzo dei prezzi interviene anche
Carlo Russo, merceologo ricercatore di Capitanata esprimendosi sull’ andamento stagionale, attribuendo questo evento alla mancata produzione nazionale e dei paesi principali esportatori di frumento duro. Le conseguenze dei cambiamenti climatici sui mercati esteri ed in particolare in Canada dove la produzione è ai minimi, si fanno sentire.

L ‘Italia ha prodotto circa 4milioni di tonnellate ma serve almeno un altro milione e mezzo per soddisfare il fabbisogno nazionale, un quantitativo dovuto alla sotto produttività sottolinea Carlo Russo che termina ricordando come il prezzo del grano duro italiano sale come già accaduto in passato.
