La polizia stradale arresta un uomo per truffa

Il giorno 28 ottobre u.s., Agenti della Polizia Giudiziaria della Sezione Polizia Stradale di Foggia, venivano informati di un probabile tentativo di sostituzione di persona, in sede di esame, per il conseguimento della patente di guida che si stava consumando presso la sede Provinciale della Motorizzazione Civile di Foggia.Alle ore 9,30 circa, i predetti Agenti si portavano presso tale sede ove notavano la presenza, nel corso della seduta d’esame, di una persona già nota a questo Ufficio per reati specifici, quale candidato per il conseguimento della patente di guida categoria “B”, verificando però l’assenza del suo nominativo dal registro dei candidati.Dopo gli accertamenti, alla fine della seduta di esame, si provvedeva al fermo di un uomo foggiano di 56 anni. Lo stesso veniva identificato anche a seguito di rilievi dattiloscopici e come accertato, aveva sostenuto l’esame sostituendosi ad altro soggetto esibendo la carta d’identità quest’ultimo.L’uomo, dopo la conclusione dell’esame con esito positivo, nell’uscire dall’aula veniva fermato dagli operatori e spontaneamente, ammetteva di aver sostenuto l’esame per conto di altro soggetto.

Nel contempo consegnava la carta d’identità e la tessera sanitaria del presunto candidato, documenti che venivano successivamente sottoposti a sequestro penale.

 

A seguito di quanto accertato, il soggetto veniva tratto in arresto in flagranza di reato per il reato di truffa in concorso con persone da identificare e condotto presso la propria abitazione agli arresti domiciliari su disposizione del Pubblico Ministero.

 

Veniva, altresì, sottoposto a sequestro penale il modello TT2112 usato per sostenere l’esame per il conseguimento della patente di guida.

 

Sono in corso accertamenti per risalire a tutti i soggetti coinvolti nella truffa.
