Il Calcio Foggia 1920 rende noto di aver affidato l’incarico di allenatore della prima squadra al sig. Vincenzo Maiuri.
Nato a Milano ma tarantino d’adozione, il 51enne neo tecnico rossonero vanta diverse esperienze professionali nel suo personale curriculum lavorativo, maturate in varie categorie tra Legnano, Matera, Massafra, Fasano, Grottaglie, Nardò, Brindisi, Casertana, Taranto, Nocerina, Portici e Sorrento, dove si è messo in mostra sciorinando un calcio qualitativamente alto e pragmatico nella scorsa stagione in D.

“Abbiamo scelto un allenatore serio, capace e con tanto carattere – commenta il direttore tecnico Ninni Corda – che porta con se un’idea di calcio ben precisa, in grado di abbinare qualità e praticità. Ho avuto modo di conoscerlo ed affrontarlo in campo lo scorsa stagione, lo stimo molto e siamo certi che di aver fatto la scelta giusta”. 

Il nuovo allenatore del Foggia sarà presentato ufficialmente alla stampa domani pomeriggio (ore 18:00) presso la Sala Conferenze “A. Fesce” dello Stadio Zaccheria.
