I Carabinieri della Stazione di Peschici hanno arrestato nella flagranza del reato di spaccio di sostanze stupefacenti, un 33enne peschiciano, con precedenti di polizia.
Nella “Perla del Gargano”, i Carabinieri della località marina, per proteggere la comunità dagli spacciatori e contrastare le “reti della dipendenza”, effettuano degli specifici servizi di monitoraggio ed osservazione, nei luoghi della cittadina frequentati dagli assuntori, “ostaggi” del consumo della droga.
La conoscenza dell’impervio territorio della cittadina Garganica e la costante attività info-investigativa, consentiva ai Carabinieri di Peschici di trarre in arresto nella flagranza del reato di spaccio di stupefacenti, un 33enne del luogo e segnalare alla Prefettura, quali assuntori, 7 giovani, dai 18 ai 30 anni, anche non del posto, sorpresi con dosi di marijuana e hashish.
L’ operazione è scattata nel fine settimana alla periferia dell’abitato, dove la pattuglia dei Carabinieri di Peschici intercettava il 33enne alla guida della propria auto che, controllato e perquisito per il suo sospetto comportamento, veniva trovato in possesso di una busta contenente 32 grammi di marijuana, occultata nel veicolo. La successiva perquisizione domiciliare consentiva di rinvenire nella sua abitazione ulteriori 59 grammi della stessa sostanza, 7 grammi di hashish, un grammo di cocaina ed un bilancino elettronico di precisione.
Immediato il sequestro dello stupefacente e l’arresto del peschiciano, sottoposto nell’immediatezza alla misura dei domiciliari. Il provvedimento veniva convalidato dal Tribunale di Foggia, con udienza telematica svolta nella sede della Compagnia Carabinieri di Vico del Gargano.
