Minaccia l’ex compagna con un coltello

Numerosissimi messaggi vocali e di testo a carattere molesto finalizzati ad indurre la povera donna a riprendere il loro rapporto ormai giunto ai titoli di coda. Accade così che la 47enne foggiana, vittima di minacce decide di denunciare il suo ex. Il giorno antecedente alla denuncia, viene minacciata di morte attraverso messaggi minatori e foto di un coltello, finalizzati ad anticiparle la sua morte. L’uomo, inoltre, nel giorno in cui la povera donna si è rivolta ai Carabinieri per denunciare quanto stava subendo, comunicava alla vittima che presto sarebbe arrivato sotto casa sua, utilizzando un pullman di linea, con l’intenzione di farla scendere di casa fino ad arrivare a minacciarla ulteriormente. Immediato l ‘arresto dell’ uomo nel capoluogo mentre attendeva la sua ex nei dintorni dell’ abitazione, il 43enne originario di Marano di Napoli, non ha accettato la fine della relazione con la sua ex, così che arrivato in provincia era intenzionato a mettere fine alla vita della donna. Dopo l ‘arresto, scattato il divieto di avvicinamento ai luoghi frequentati dalla sua ex e il divieto di comunicare con la vittima con qualsiasi mezzo. Al termine delle formalità di rito, come disposto dalla Procura della Repubblica Foggia lo stesso è stato tradotto presso la locale Casa Circondariale.Valida  collaborazione, quella dell’Arma dei Carabinieri con i Centri Antiviolenza presenti sul territorio, grazie alla quale si sta cercando di incentivare sempre più donne maltrattate a denunciare.
