I Carabinieri della Compagnia di Vico del Gargano hanno tratto in arresto in flagranza, un 32enne del luogo, con gravi precedenti di polizia, per non aver rispettato le prescrizioni inerenti la sua sottoposizione alla misura di prevenzione della sorveglianza speciale di P.S., con obbligo di soggiorno.

Nel mese di maggio u.s., il Tribunale di Bari, su proposta della Procura della Repubblica presso il Tribunale di Foggia, valutata la pericolosità ed i precedenti penali dell’uomo, ha emesso nei suoi confronti il provvedimento della sorveglianza speciale di P.S., con obbligo di soggiorno, per la durata di anni uno e mesi sei.

La misura, di natura preventiva, emessa ai sensi del Decreto Legislativo n.159/2011 (c.d. “Codice Antimafia”), oltre a stabilire che l’interessato non avrebbe potuto allontanarsi dall’abitazione nella fascia oraria 22.00 – 06.00 (senza comprovata necessità), gli ha imposto ulteriori prescrizioni .

Nell’ambito dei servizi di controllo del territorio svolti costantemente dai reparti della Compagnia Carabinieri di Vico del Gargano, tendenti a vigilare sulle persone sottoposte a provvedimenti restrittivi domiciliari ed alle misure di prevenzione e sicurezza, la pattuglia della Sezione Radiomobile sorprendeva il sorvegliato speciale, che girovagava all’una e trenta di notte, in Vico del Gargano, senza comprovati motivi.

L’uomo, tratto in arresto, su disposizione dell’A.G. veniva ristretto ai domiciliari, in attesa della convalida del provvedimento, adottata il mattino successivo in modalità telematica.
