OPERAZIONE ALTO IMPATTO IN FOGGIA E PROVINCIA. ARRESTATE ALTRE 10 PERSONE

Continuano le azioni delle forze dell’ordine che eseguiti i fermi per spaccio di droga, anche all’interno del carcere, ed evasione dai domiciliari

Ad un mese esatto dalle direttive impartite dal Ministro dell’Interno Luciana LAMORGESE in occasione del Comitato provinciale dell’ordine e della sicurezza pubblica dello scorso 17 gennaio, prosegue senza sosta l’azione sinergica delle forze di polizia in provincia di Foggia con una ulteriore operazione anticrimine ad “Alto Impatto”.

Quest’oggi e nei giorni immediatamente precedenti, circa 130 operatori delle forze dell’ordine appartenenti alla Polizia di Stato, all’Arma dei Carabinieri e della Guardia di Finanza, hanno controllato il territorio eseguendo perquisizioni, ispezioni, accurati controlli e posti di blocco.

Nell’articolato dispositivo di prevenzione sono stati impiegati reparti speciali, unità cinofile antidroga ed antiesplosivo, equipaggi elitrasportati, operatori specialisti in indagini scientifiche e reparti specializzati nei controlli su strada e nelle aeree rurali.

A seguito della pressione esercitata sui sodalizi criminali, durante l’operazione sono state arrestate 10 persone, tra cui i componenti di una banda dedita alla consumazione di furti e rapine nonché una donna che spediva sostanze stupefacenti ad un detenuto recluso in carcere.

Nella città di Foggia, personale della Squadra Mobile, dopo una mirata e attenta attività di localizzazione, ha tratto in arresto cinque persone, appartenenti ad una associazione a delinquere finalizzata alla commissione di furti e rapine ad esercizi commerciali, scoperta nel 2019 grazie all’inchiesta “Cavallo di Troia” della Procura della Repubblica di Foggia. Gli arrestati, di età compresa tra i 23 e i 65 anni, sono stati colpiti da ordini di carcerazione con pene detentive oscillanti, per ciascuno di essi, da 1 anno e 3 mesi di reclusione sino a 6 anni ed 8 mesi di reclusione.

La Squadra Mobile ha arrestato, altresì, una persona di 24 anni che deve espiare, in regime di detenzione domiciliare, la pena di 1 anno e 4 mesi di reclusione per spaccio di sostanze stupefacenti.

Sempre nel Comune di Foggia, personale del Nucleo Investigativo dell’Arma dei Carabinieri, a seguito di attività investigativa coordinata dalla locale Procura della Repubblica, ha eseguito un provvedimento cautelare agli arresti domiciliari nei confronti di una ragazza, di 27 anni, per i reati di detenzione e spaccio aggravato e continuato di sostanze stupefacenti. Le attività investigative hanno evidenziato che la donna spediva, ad un detenuto ristretto presso la Casa Circondariale di Foggia, dei pacchi contenenti degli indumenti all’interno dei quali occultava la sostanza stupefacente. In particolare, i Carabinieri hanno intercettato e sequestrato un pacco all’interno del quale è stato rinvenuto un quantitativo di hashish, suddiviso in diversi involucri, da cui poter ricavare oltre 360 dosi.

Nell’alto tavoliere, in Torremaggiore, i militari della Guardia di Finanza di San Severo e di Manfredonia, hanno arrestato un uomo, di 44 anni, per il reato di detenzione di sostanza stupefacente ai fini di spaccio, sequestrando 150 grammi di cocaina pura al 70% rinvenuta nel corso di una perquisizione domiciliare, abilmente occultata nel tetto dell’abitazione dell’uomo, insieme alla somma di 4.600,00 euro in contanti.

Nello stesso contesto operativo gli uomini della Guardia di Finanza hanno rintracciato uno straniero, non in regola con le norme di permanenza sul territorio nazionale, nei cui confronti è stato eseguito un provvedimento di espulsione dal territorio nazionale emesso dal Tribunale di Sorveglianza di Bari. L’uomo, dopo la notifica del provvedimento, è stato accompagnato alla frontiera per essere rimpatriato nel paese di origine.

In Rodi Garganico, i militari della Guardia di Finanza hanno rinvenuto e sequestrato n. 458 prodotti per la cura della persona nonché oggettistica per la casa. La merce è risultata confezionata in violazione della vigente normativa introdotta dal codice sul consumo.

Nel basso tavoliere, personale dell’Arma dei Carabinieri, a seguito dell’implementazione dei controlli operativi su strada, ha arrestato due soggetti per il reato di evasione dagli arresti domiciliari. In particolare, in Cerignola, un uomo di 27 anni, che si trovava in stato di detenzione domiciliare per il reato di furto, è stato sorpreso sulla pubblica via mentre rientrava nella propria abitazione.

In Stornara, un uomo di 33 anni, già sottoposto agli arresti domiciliari per il reato di ricettazione, dopo avere avuto una discussione con la propria moglie convivente, si è allontanato arbitrariamente dalla propria dimora. Avviate le ricerche, lo stesso veniva rintracciato dai Carabinieri presso l’abitazione di altri parenti e veniva nuovamente sottoposto agli arresti domiciliari.

Va precisato che la posizione delle persone arrestate è al vaglio dell’Autorità Giudiziaria e che le stesse non possono essere considerate colpevoli sino alla eventuale pronunzia di una sentenza di condanna definitiva.
