ARRESTATE 11 PERSONE – SEQUESTRATE ARMI, MUNIZIONI E DROGA.

RINVENUTI ANCHE AUTOVETTURE RUBATE, CIBI ADULTERATI, MASCHERINE IRREGOLARI, ARTIFIZI PIROTECNICI E DISPOSITIVI ELETTRONICI NON CONFORMI, CAPI D’ABBIGLIAMENTO INTIMO PER NEONATI NON SICURI E UN DISTRIBUTORE ABUSIVO DI CARBURANTI.

Ulteriore operazione anticrimine ad “Alto Impatto” nella provincia di Foggia, dopo le direttive impartite dal Ministro dell’Interno Luciana LAMORGESE in occasione del Comitato provinciale dell’ordine e della sicurezza pubblica dello scorso 17 gennaio. Quest’oggi e nei giorni immediatamente precedenti, circa 150 operatori delle forze dell’ordine appartenenti alla Polizia di Stato, all’Arma dei Carabinieri e della Guardia di Finanza, hanno setacciato il territorio eseguendo perquisizioni, ispezioni, rastrellamenti, posti di blocco e controlli ad esercizi commerciali.

È stato attuato un articolato dispositivo di prevenzione, reso particolarmente efficace e visibile, grazie all’utilizzo di numerosi reparti speciali e l’impiego di unità cinofile antidroga ed antiesplosivo, di equipaggi elitrasportati, di operatori specialisti in indagini scientifiche e di reparti specializzati nei controlli su strada e nelle aeree rurali.

A seguito della pressione esercitata sui sodalizi criminali, durante l’operazione sono state arrestate 11 persone, tra cui due estorsori e due usurai, e sono stati operati consistenti rinvenimenti e sequestri di armi, munizioni, sostanze stupefacenti e di numerosi prodotti contraffatti o non conformi alle vigenti disposizioni normative. Una risposta concreta alla domanda di sicurezza che promana dalle comunità locali e dagli operatori economici vessati dalla criminalità.

Nella città di Foggia, personale della Squadra Mobile ha tratto in arresto quattro persone, tra cui un pregiudicato di 41 anni che deve scontare la pena di anni 3 e mesi 8 di reclusione carceraria per i reati di estorsione e usura. Con la medesima accusa di usura, i poliziotti hanno arrestato anche un uomo di 51 anni il quale deve espiare 9 mesi di reclusione. Infine, gli uomini della Squadra Mobile hanno arrestato anche un giovane di 30 anni che deve espiare 2 anni e 9 mesi di reclusione per violazione della normativa sulle sostanze stupefacenti, nonché un uomo di 51 anni che deve espiare 5 mesi di reclusione, per reati contro il patrimonio.

Nello stesso contesto operativo la Polizia di Stato ha rinvenuto e sequestrato 3 autovetture provento di furto, 15 centraline elettroniche per autoveicoli, 2 disturbatori di frequenza e 36 proiettili per pistola calibro 22. Sempre nel Capoluogo, personale del Reparto Prevenzione Crimine della Polizia di Stato ha arrestato un pregiudicato di 48 anni che, durante la notte, dopo aver forzato l’ingresso di una società sportiva, si è appropriato del denaro contenuto in un distributore di bevande.

Nel centro di San Severo, gli uomini della Polizia di Stato del locale Commissariato hanno tratto in arresto uno spacciatore di sostanze stupefacenti, di 34 anni, in esecuzione di una ordinanza di sostituzione della misura degli arresti domiciliari con quella più grave della detenzione carceraria.

Nella zona dell’Alto Tavoliere, nel Comune di San Nicandro Garganico, nell’area protetta del Parco Nazionale del Gargano, i Carabinieri Forestali, durante un servizio di antibracconaggio, hanno tratto in arresto un uomo di 72 anni il quale esercitava abusivamente l’attività venatoria con un fucile da caccia di provenienza furtiva, che è stato sequestrato unitamente ad 81 munizioni. Nella successiva perquisizione domiciliare sono stati rinvenuti e ritirati cautelarmente altri 5 fucili da caccia, n. 2 pistole calibro 7,65 ed ulteriori 622 munizioni.

Nella stessa cittadina di San Nicandro Garganico, i Carabinieri della Compagnia di San Severo e gli uomini dello Squadrone Eliportato Cacciatori “Puglia”, hanno tratto in arresto un trentenne il quale, al fine di agevolare la fuga di una persona che era stata sottoposta a controllo dai militari, si scagliava contro di essi, aggredendoli.

Sempre nell’area dell’Alto Tavoliere, nel corso di un servizio contro l’adulterazione dei cibi, personale della Tenenza della Guardia di Finanza di Torre Fantine ha sequestrato a Lesina 26 kg di prodotti ittici, in cattivo stato di conservazione non idonei al consumo alimentare, denunciando il titolare dell’esercizio di vendita. Nello stesso contesto operativo la Tenenza della Guardia di Finanza di Lucera ha rinvenuto e sequestrato 5.052 artifizi pirotecnici non conformi alle normative vigenti, detenuti per la vendita senza licenza, con conseguente denuncia del titolare della rivendita commerciale. Lo stesso Reparto ha proceduto, inoltre, al sequestro amministrativo n. 430 mascherine per la protezione individuale, non conformi alla normativa di sicurezza. Un analogo sequestro, di altri 680 dispositivi di protezione individuale è stato effettuato dai militari della Guardia di Finanza della Compagnia di Foggia, che hanno anche rinvenuto e sequestrato n. 430 capi di abbigliamento intimo per neonati non sicuri.

Sul Gargano, nella cittadina di Peschici, la Compagnia dei Carabinieri di Vico del Gargano ha tratto in arresto in flagranza di reato un uomo, di 27 anni, per estorsione in danno di un operatore economico gastronomico del posto, minacciandolo di morte e di incendiargli l’esercizio commerciale, allo scopo di non pagare il conto delle proprie consumazioni e chiedendogli, inoltre, anche la corresponsione di una somma di denaro. L’uomo è stato prontamente bloccato dai Carabinieri nei cui riguardi ha esercitato resistenza e violenza.

Sul lungomare di San Menaio di Vico del Gargano, i Carabinieri della locale Compagnia hanno tratto in arresto, in flagranza di reato, un uomo di 25 anni che, a bordo della propria moto ape, deteneva vari involucri contenenti sostanza stupefacente del tipo “cocaina” e “hashish”, già confezionati e pronti per la successiva vendita. Nell’occasione all’uomo è stata sequestrata anche una somma di denaro ed un coltello intriso di sostanza stupefacente, utilizzato per il confezionamento delle dosi.

Nei Cinque Reali Siti, esattamente in Orta Nova, la Compagnia dei Carabinieri di Foggia ha dato esecuzione all’ordinanza di aggravamento della misura cautelare degli arresti domiciliari con quella della custodia in carcere nei confronti di un uomo di 29 anni.

I militari della Guardia di Finanza delle Compagnie di Manfredonia e di San Severo hanno individuato e sanzionato, rispettivamente, 7 soggetti che fruivano illegalmente dell’accesso a piattaforme televisive a pagamento ed hanno sequestrato 600 dispositivi elettronici, non conformi alla normativa europea.

Nell’area di Cerignola, la locale Compagnia della Guardia di Finanza, nell’ambito delle attività di specifica competenza, ha rinvenuto e sequestrato un distributore abusivo di carburante, attrezzato per erogare gasolio ad uso agricolo di contrabbando. Nell’occasione sono stati sequestrati 980 litri di prodotto di provenienza illecita e denunciato un uomo. Sempre a Cerignola, i finanzieri hanno sequestrato, all’interno di un box, decine di contrassegni identificativi relativi ad accessori di note case automobilistiche contraffatti o illecitamente riprodotti. Nel corso delle perquisizioni i militari territoriali della Guardia di Finanza sono stati coadiuvati dai reparti specializzati del G.I.C.O.

Va precisato che la posizione delle persone arrestate è al vaglio dell’Autorità Giudiziaria e che le stesse non possono essere considerate colpevoli sino alla eventuale pronunzia di una sentenza di condanna definitiva.
