Nella mattinata di venerdì scorso, i militari della Stazione Carabinieri di Lucera hanno tratto in arresto M.L. M . 68 enne lucerino, noto alle Forze dell’Ordine, per precedenti di varia natura, per furto aggravato di corrente elettrica.
Attraverso mirato sopralluogo e una specifica attività investigativa, i Carabinieri con l’ausilio dei tecnici dell’Enel, hanno appurato che da oltre 5 anni lo stesso aveva realizzato un allaccio abusivo che, bypassando il contatore della propria abitazione, attingeva la corrente direttamente dall’utenza del condominio.
Ed all’interno dell’abitazione, gli inquirenti, hanno constatato che all’accesso abusivo alla rete elettrica, non vi erano collegati solamente elettrodomestici di prima necessità ma anche un incredibile numero di ventilatori, condizionatori ed una serie di luminarie da festa patronale.
Oltre 5.600,00 euro il danno accertato dalla Società che eroga il predetto servizio.
Collocato agli arresti domiciliari, il M. L. M , queste le iniziali del prevenuto, è stato sottoposto al rito di convalida che si è celebrato nella mattinata di sabato a seguito del quale è stato convalidato l’arresto e disposta la successiva remissione in libertà.
