Peschici arresti per spaccio

Nella “Perla del Gargano”, da tempo, i Carabinieri della località marina, per proteggere i giovani dagli spacciatori e contrastare le “reti della dipendenza”, effettuano dei servizi di monitoraggio ed osservazione, nei tratti stradali del territorio percorsi dai fornitori e nei luoghi della cittadina frequentati dagli assuntori, “ostaggi” del consumo della droga.
La profonda conoscenza dell’impervio territorio della cittadina Garganica e la metodica attività info-investigativa, consentiva ai Carabinieri di Peschici di arrestare nella flagranza di reato per spaccio di droga, 3 persone, una coppia di 26enni ed un 21enne, che avevano deciso di rifornire i loro vulnerabili “clienti” tossicodipendenti.
Una prima operazione veniva condotta in periferia del centro abitato, presso un garage adibito a minimarket per la vendita di marijuana, dove una coppia di 26enni, veniva trovata in possesso di dieci grammi di quello stupefacente, suddiviso in dosi, mentre a breve distanza, un assuntore a bordo di un’auto, veniva sorpreso con una dose della stessa sostanza.
Immediato il sequestro dello stupefacente e l’arresto della coppia, che veniva sottoposta ai domiciliari.
Nei giorni seguenti, il capillare controllo dei Carabinieri dell’omonima Stazione, permettevano ad una pattuglia di intercettare un 21enne alla guida della propria auto, che nel tentativo di sottrarsi al controllo, innescava una repentina fuga.
Il fuggitivo vistosi raggiunto dalla pattuglia gettava dal finestrino del suo veicolo, un involucro, che immediatamente recuperato dagli operanti è risultato contenere grammi 200 circa di marijuana. Fermato e arrestato negli istanti successivi veniva sottoposto ai domiciliari. Sequestrata la droga.
Contestualmente alle operazioni di servizio, la Stazione CC di Peschici sorprendeva nel centro abitato in diverse circostanze, 6 giovani assuntori, 2 trovati in possesso di dosi personali di cocaina di circa un grammo ed i restanti 4 di circa 1,5 grammi di marijuana ciascuno.
L’Autorità Giudiziaria disponeva la sottoposizione degli arrestati ai domiciliari, la video udienza telematica e la convalidava degli arresti.
