Sequestrati due depositi abusivi di carburante e 7000 litri di gasolio

Nei giorni scorsi i Finanzieri del Comando Provinciale di Foggia, nell’ambito di specifici servizi di controllo del territorio, hanno scoperto e sequestrato due depositi abusivi di carburante per autotrazione entrambi privi di qualsiasi autorizzazione amministrativa e di sicurezza ed in assenza di documentazione contabile e fiscale attestante il regolare approvvigionamento e la legittima detenzione e vendita del prodotto.

Il primo è stato scoperto dai militari della Compagnia di Cerignola in un autoparco alla periferia della città, dove erano occultati all’interno di un box nr. 5 serbatoi in plastica, da 1000 litri ciascuno, in cui erano occultati circa 5.000 litri di carburante. Lo stoccaggio abusivo era caratterizzato anche dalla pericolosità della custodia del prodotto effettuata in contenitori non a norma, oltre che dall’assenza di segnaletica di pericolo e di apparecchiature antincendio.
Analogo sequestro è stato eseguito dai militari della Compagnia di San Severo a Torremaggiore, all’interno di una struttura socio – sanitaria dove, anche qui, in assenza di qualsiasi autorizzazione e misura di sicurezza, sono stati rinvenuti circa 2.000 litri di gasolio agricolo in n. 3 cisterne della capienza di circa 1.000 litri ciascuna nonché n. 2 pistole erogatrici. In questo caso rileva ulteriormente sul piano delle violazioni contestate l’aver accertato che il carburante, illegalmente venduto per uso autotrazione, è un prodotto che per caratteristiche cromatiche deve intendersi a tassazione agevolata, quindi vincolato all’uso esclusivo in agricoltura, silvicoltura, piscicoltura e allevamento.
In entrambi i casi i militari hanno effettuato un prelievo di campioni per avere conferma delle caratteristiche chimico fisiche del carburante in relazione alla corretta qualificazione sul piano fiscale e al rispetto della normativa ambientale.
I militari hanno, pertanto, sequestrato i 7.000 litri di gasolio stoccato e detenuto illegalmente nei depositi abusivi mentre i possessori dei prodotti sono stati denunciati a piede libero alla Procura della Repubblica del Tribunale di Foggia che coordina le attività di indagine avviate sui contesti segnalati.
L’attività di servizio testimonia lo sforzo operativo della Guardia di Finanza nella lotta contro l’illecito approvvigionamento, stoccaggio e commercializzazione di prodotti energetici, la cui sottrazione al corretto assolvimento dagli obblighi impositivi è tra l’altro causa di concorrenza sleale a danno degli imprenditori del settore onesti.
