Sequestro disabile a Manfredonia, droga in carcere a San Severo

Uno spettacolo macrabo e disumano e’stato registrato alle porte di Manfredonia. Dopo il sequestro la tortura seguita da minacce per essersi impossessato di un cane .Nel pomeriggio di ieri, misura cautelare della custodia in carcere su richiesta della procura di Foggia,nei confronti di una coppia quarantenne Episodio risalente al 19 marzo scorso quando l’uomo, un disabile di 25 anni viene condotto in un luogo di campagna dalla coppia e successivamente accusato con parole come “ci hai rubato il cane” Era stato immobilizzato, con i polsi legati dietro la schiena, trascinato con un guinzaglio e violentemente picchiato con una mazza su tutto il corpo e con una bottiglia rotta, in particolare sulle gambe, spalle e sulla testa, e ridotto in uno stato d’incoscienza, riportando gravi lesioni che rendevano necessario le cura dei sanitari.
La vittima, riferiva, che già il giorno precedente era stato picchiato dagli stessi aggressori avesse riportato delle lesioni nonostante tutto aveva rifiutato le cure sanitarie . Dopo le indagini, supportate da immagini video e dichiarazioni testimoniali, i due sono stati arrestati per sequestro di persona e lesioni aggravate ai danni del disabile .
Si cambia scenario, da Mafredonia a San severo , dove un 41enne barese, lancia un pacco contenente telefono e droga all’interno del carcere del posto. Immediato e’ stato l’ inseguimento da pare degli agenti di polizia penitenziaria. Non e’ la prima volta che all’interno dello stesso penitenziario, viene ritrovata droga e telefono  commenta il segretario generale della Cgil, Gennaro Ricci.
L’uomo dopo essere stato catturato e’ stato tradotto all’interno del carcere,
plausi da parte del sindacato Cgil, che propone una ricompensa ministeriale per gli agenti intervenuti, considerando anche la locazione della casa circondariale.  Professionalità e competenza per l” ennesimo rinvenimento di stupefacente destinato a detenuti, scoperto e sequestrato in tempo sottolinea Ricci,dimostra attenzione dei Baschi Azzurri. Per gli agenti del penitenziario, attestazioni di stima e apprezzamento anche per il servizio che stanno svolgendo all’interno dell’istituto con molteplici difficoltà a causa di un focolaio di covid in via di risoluzione.
