I Carabinieri della Stazione di Trinitapoli hanno arrestato in flagranza per detenzione ai fini di spaccio di sostanze stupefacenti un 23enne con precedenti di polizia ed un 26enne incensurato, entrambi del posto.

Alcuni giorni fa, a Trinitapoli, i militari, impegnati in un servizio di contrasto allo spaccio di sostanze stupefacenti nel quartiere Unrra Casas, noto come “case maledette” e come base operativa di un locale gruppo criminale recentemente colpito da un’importante misura cautelare nell’ambito dell’operazione “Turn Over” del Comando Provinciale Carabinieri di Foggia, hanno notato i due mentre cedevano ad un acquirente, in cambio di 5 euro, una dose di marijuana, prelevata da un vano contatore dell’acqua di una palazzina. Quando i militari sono intervenuti, l’acquirente si è disfatto della dose e si è dileguato a piedi, mentre i due pusher sono stati subito bloccati. Nel vano contatore i Carabinieri hanno rinvenuto una scatola per detersivi al cui interno erano custodite 16 bustine contenenti complessivamente 19,9 grammi di marijuana, 14 dosi di hashish, per un peso complessivo di 10,7 grammi, e 10 dosi di cocaina, per un peso complessivo di 2,5 grammi. La sostanza stupefacente è stata sottoposta a sequestro e i due sono stati dichiarati in arresto per detenzione ai fini di spaccio di sostanze stupefacenti. Dopo le formalità di rito, su disposizione della Procura della Repubblica di Foggia, gli arrestati sono stati sottoposti agli arresti domiciliari. Il Gip del Tribunale di Foggia, che ha convalidato l’arresto, ha disposto nei confronti del 23enne l’applicazione della misura cautelare degli arresti domiciliari e nei confronti del 26enne l’applicazione della misura cautelare dell’obbligo di dimora a Trinitapoli, con divieto di allontanarsi dalla propria abitazione dalle ore 21.15 alle ore 07.30.
