Dimesso dalla casa circondariale il pomeriggio e arrestato dai carabinieri la notte successiva. È quanto accaduto ad un 30enne foggiano – già noto alle forze dell’ordine – che nel giro di 24 ore è stato prima arrestato per furto aggravato e successivamente arrestato nuovamente dai Carabinieri della locale Compagnia per tentato furto considerato che l’uomo stava tentando di introdursi all’interno del Bar “Red Cafè” dopo aver divelto la serranda.
Nella nottata di mercoledì scorso infatti era giunta presso la Centrale Operativa tramite l’utenza 112 una segnalazione anonima di furto in atto nei pressi del suddetto bar. Immediato è stato l’intervento di una “gazzella” del Pronto Intervento 112 della Compagnia Carabinieri di Foggia che si è portata sul posto a sirene spiegate. Appena arrivati a destinazione i Carabinieri hanno subito notato la presenza di un giovane foggiano intento a forzare la saracinesca del bar. L’uomo, immediatamente bloccato, ed è stato tratto in arresto per tentato furto.
L’arrestato, al termine delle formalità di rito, come disposto dalla locale Procura della Repubblica, è stato tradotto presso la casa circondariale di Foggia, in attesa dell’udienza di convalida.
L’Autorità Giudiziaria, ha convalidato l’arresto disponendo per il 30enne l’immediata liberazione nonché la sottoposizione dello stesso alla misura cautelare dell’obbligo di presentazione quotidiana alla locale Stazione Carabinieri, dell’obbligo di permanenza notturna in casa e dell’obbligo di dimora nel comune di Foggia.
